Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a registered Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Paraplanner, Investment Advisor, or similar securities-licensed role
  • Fully licensed with the following: Series 7 and 66 (or 63 + 65 combination for Advisory, fee-based activity), Life Insurance and Health Insurance
  • CA Life and Health Insurance licenses are required to be a registered selling advisor with Lincoln Financial
  • Solid integrity, consistent work ethic, self-discipline, a healthy attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset to be an independent business owner
  • Work as part of a unified organization, brand identity, company acumen (i.e. EASE process) sharing of best practices, and occasionally doing joint work with less experienced team members
  • A proven track record educating and advising clients on various investment philosophies, strategies, and execution
  • Strong attention to detail, skills in critical analysis and communication with clients
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not now or in the future require sponsorship for visa status
  • Fully licensed with the following: Series 7 and 66 (or 63 + 65 combination for Advisory, fee-based activity)
  • Clean FINRA record

  • Access to and training on our proprietary EASE process, and interactive and intuitive financial planning software
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning with a broad spectrum of fee-based, asset-based, and commission-based products and solutions to our clients.
  • Receive multi-departmental support, ongoing training, and expanded tech offerings provided by our broker-dealer, Lincoln Financial Advisors (LFA)
