Office Reception Concierge

Office Reception Concierge

Qualifications:

  • A commitment to professionalism and exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment

Opportunities & Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed with partner vendors
  • Manage the scheduling and conference room preparation for planning meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available and ready for use
  • Assist financial planners during in-person appointments
  • Assist with paperwork related to Advisor Support functions with accuracy and completeness of documentation

Financial Planner

Financial Planner

Qualifications:

  • Clean FINRA record with active S7, S66, and CA Insurance License
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, working towards the designation or other relevant certifications is a plus, but not required
  • Proven experience as a Financial Planner with a track record of successfully developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans

Opportunities & Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance
  • Provide strategic advice on investment management, retirement planning, tax reduction strategies, risk management, and estate planning strategies
  • Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios, adjusting as needed
  • Educate clients on various financial concepts and strategies to help them make informed decisions
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and confidentiality
